Scary Hallowe'en Night at Holly Point Nature Park
Halloween in the Park is not just for kids. It is a family time for Grandparents, Parents, Children and "Kids of all ages" to enjoy the wonders of the Park, the vast imaginations of our volunteer decorators and the fun of Hallowe'en night.
Hallowe'en night is when many people in our community volunteer to dress in costume to share the fun and entertainment by decorating and manning the scary woods and by being players in the child-sensitive area. Our volunteers also assist with the hayrides, give directions or assistance to those in need, stand throughout the woods as statues that sometime come to life, and stroll throughout the area giving treats to our visitors. Our business community comes together by providing a trick or treat area in a safe, fun-house type of setting.
Children from Middlesex and neighboring counties are invited to come and trick or treat the many tables, booths, stroll throughout the park and fill their bags with treats in a safely-controlled environment.
Our museum crew and staff put in many hours to provide a large area of fun and excitement for our future generation, at no cost to our community residents.
If you wish to help by volunteering, candy, decorations, or monetary donations, please contact Donald & Lynn Burnett.
