Maritime Park’s Groovin’ and Music 2013 Schedule Announced – By Bill Powell
As the roof begins to cover the events pavilion, the volunteers and staff at the Deltaville Maritime Museum and Holly Point Nature Park are excited to announce the very talented schedule of music at the Park for 2013. The pavilion not only provides the “in case of rain” cover for the Waterfront Park’s casual music series “Groovin’ in the Park.”, but is also the main venue for the 2 annual dinner and dances at the Museum. As the North wing of the Pavilion is planned to be totally enclosed for year round use, the Museum is also looking at the possibility of offering some “up close and personal” music and performing arts events over the cold months.
Below is the currently scheduled music at the Museum. Grab a pair of scissors and cut out a copy for your fridge. Advance ticket information is at the end of this article.
