Holiday Weekend Festivities

On Saturday July 5th Oyster Festival Queen contestant Makenzie Fletcher will hold her community service project Shuck ‘Em Out of the Park along with her Spat Lorelei Cook, daughter of Frankie and Kristen Cook.   The fun begins at 9:30 with blow-up slides, bounce house, an obstacle course, a dunking booth, cotton candy and games galore. 

All runners completing the Deltaville 5K “Deltaville is great” race will be presented with a free swim ticket to the Deltaville pool from9:30-12:00. Family members of the runners will pay a guest fees of $5.00. 

The fun will continue with the Deltas game at5pm and Shuck ‘Em Out of the Park will begin after around 8pm members of the former Middlesex Boys League and Middlesex Little League will play is a 3-4 inning slow pitch softball game guaranteed to entertain all. Ending with an All-Star Home Run Derby and crowning of the Shuck ‘Em Queens!  Tickets for the game are $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for 12 & under. All proceeds will go to the repairs, improvements and  renovations of the Deltaville Baseball Park.
