Dear Middlesex Businesses:
Middlesex County has launched a Middlesex Mask campaign. Please find the attached images that you can share on your businesses social media and website. The County will be supplying you with “Real Heroes Wear Masks” posters for your establishment later this week. You will also notice yard signs and banners posted around roadways in Middlesex County. The Board of Supervisors are strongly recommending citizens wear masks when they cannot ensure social distancing, such as while shopping, in order to continue keep our community safe.
Please find the Governor’s updated Phase I announcement here: https://www.governor.virginia.gov/newsroom/all-releases/2020/may/headline-856681-en.html
I have attached a Business Guideline Sheet for the Phase I Reopening of Businesses. Virginia-Forward-Phase-One-Business-Sector-Guidelines
This is a good response for the question “Why should I wear a Mask?”: https://www.erinbromage.com/post/the-risks-know-them-avoid-them
Thank you and we really appreciate all of our Middlesex Businesses. We are in this together, good times and bad. I am happy to accept any feedback you’d like to offer.
